1. Who we are

Hayaat Pakistan is a volunteer initiative run by a small core team. It is not yet a registered company, society, trust or charity. You can contact us at admin@hayaatpakistan.org.

2. What this website collects

• There are no forms, accounts or sign-ups on this website.
• We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
• Our fonts, images and video are served from our own website, not from third-party services.

3. Technical information handled by our hosting provider

This website is hosted by Vercel. When you visit, Vercel's servers process the technical information your browser sends. That includes your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, and the date and time. Vercel uses it to deliver the page and to protect the site from abuse.

Vercel handles this information under its own privacy policy: https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy. We do not use it to identify visitors.

4. When you email us

Some links on this website open your email app. If you write to admin@hayaatpakistan.org or another address shown on this site, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and your message. We use them only to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. Our email service provider processes these emails for us.

Please do not email us medical information or personal details about patients or other people. We cannot handle blood requests yet.

5. How we use information

• To reply to your message.
• To keep this website and our accounts secure.
• To meet any legal obligation that applies to us.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We will not send you marketing messages unless you ask us to.

6. Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that run this website and our inbox, and only for those purposes. We will disclose information where the law requires it.

7. Where information is processed

Our hosting and email providers may process information on servers outside Pakistan.

8. How long we keep it

• Emails: for as long as needed to deal with your message. We review our inbox at least once a year and delete what we no longer need.
• Hosting logs: kept by Vercel for a limited period, under its own settings.

9. Security

Only our core team can read the inbox, and we use the security features of our service providers. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure.

10. Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it or delete it. Email admin@hayaatpakistan.org. We aim to reply within 30 days.

11. Children

This website is general information. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian before emailing us.

12. Our future platform

Our planned app and web app will handle more sensitive information, such as blood group, health questions and contact details. Before we collect any of it, we will publish a separate privacy notice and ask for your consent. This policy does not cover that platform.

13. Changes and contact
